“Kelly went above and beyond to be helpful and just a blessing to two parents with little ones! Kelly was not only helpful but interested in my children to provide the correct quality of toys, highchair, and crib that I reserved. We had a few hiccups with our flights and with the safety of our cabin, which on a trip where we don’t live, could be very scary and difficult to maneuver around. I let Kelly know of our problems and she was more than willing to be flexible to create a great overall trip in the end for our family! Thank you Kelly!”
